What is Intuit Again?

Intuit Again is a talent enhancement program for technologists who wish to come back to work after a break in their career due to important life events and responsibilities.

What is the duration of the program?

6 months in India. 4 months in the United States.

What kind of work will I be doing?

We have an extensive list of skills that we are currently interested in, including development, testing and many others depending on your previous background and experience. See current roles for details.

Will this be a full-time role during the 6-month/4-month period?

Yes, those joining Intuit for the returnship will do so at a full-time capacity.

Will I get paid during this period?

India: Yes, there will be a fixed stipend paid every month.
US: Yes, those participating in the program will be paid an hourly rate.

Do I need to have any specific qualifications to be considered as a candidate?

India: Any bachelor's degree or master's degree with a minimum of 2+ years work experience and a minimum of 12 months break from the workplace.
United States: Any bachelor's or master’s degree with a minimum of 5+yrs previous work experience and a minimum of a 2 year break from the workplace.

Are men allowed to participate in this program?

US: Men who are returning to the workforce after time away to care for family (children, parents) are eligible too.
